Went to the mall for the first time.  I would be lying if it was pain-free.  Just gotta get used to crutches, and blood pressure pain while standing up.  At least we got some Christmas shopping out of the way.

You really realize the importance of having a wide pathway when you aren't fully mobile.  I gained a greater appreciation for ADA (American Disabilities Act) laws for aisle widths and ramps.

Found out later that part of the reason I was in pain was because one of the darned crutches had retracted one inch, making for an uneven platform.

Decided to regularly take glucosamine sulfate.  Shouldn’t hurt.
