Yet another very bad wipeout at Sandys, Ryan Beppu photo

Words: Was planning on shooting in the beginning, but neva have sun, so I chanced the shorebreak on my old MS E6.

Had an extra high amount of wipeouts this time out (more the norm nowadays). Combination of funky low tide and semi-midlife crisis. I had several *very* bad looking wipeouts, but thank goodness, I got through alright.

After I got enough sand up my nasal passages, I joined Ryan Beppu in the lineup behind the camera. The bodysurfers were going off, charging hard. Here are some of my shots.
