Words: My body just didn't feel quite right. But it didn't matter. I was going out surfing. Hoped that the exercise would make it all better. It didn't.

Went out to the House with my repaired Mahi board. Conditions weren't all that great with mostly windswell, along with some remnant pulses from the south. Waves were OK, but I was kooking it.

I was slow getting up and my limbs weren't as responsive as it should be. Something just didn't feel right with my nerves and it was damned frustrating. The mind wants to do things that the body just currently cannot do. Sigh.

Gotta be proactive and make a change.
