The Infamous Sandy's Shorebreak

Words: Small surf island wide, so caught the ever-dependable Sandys for predominant windswell. Cloudy in the morning, ruining the sunrise shot, but got lucky on a few waves. Swam out to Half Point to check things out. On my way back in, I got caught by a dredging "set" and got dragged on the reef. Shoulder and calf got some light scratches and bruises--a reminder that even when small, Sandys can pack a punch.
